HQ!! x Gacha – Snailmail ‘just-a-Club‘

NOTE: The first mail may be sent out after November 3rd due to manufacturing delays. December mail will be sent out by December 3rd!

Every month, 3 new Haikyuu card designs are released, and you can subscribe to receive 2 random cards via snail mail. The designs won't repeat in future months, so you'll never pull the same card twice!

It's basically gacha meets snail mail!

TIMEFRAME:

• Sign up by the 20th of each month (11:59 PM CET/CEST) to receive the following month's mail.

• Subscriptions started after the 20th will be for the month after next.

• Mail will be sent out between the 1st and 3rd of each month.

Example: Subscribe by October 20th and your first mail will be sent out by November 3rd. Subscribe after October 20th and your first mail will be sent out by December 3rd.

SHIPPING:

The cards will be shipped from Germany via untracked letter mail. Delivery times vary considerably depending on the destination country.

If your mail hasn't arrived, please allow at least 2 weeks for Germany, 4 weeks for EU countries and 6 weeks for destinations outside the EU before reporting it as potentially lost.

If your mail gets lost, I'll resend it once. If the replacement doesn't arrive either, I'll issue a refund and cancel your subscription.

Letters that couldn't be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout (e.g. typos, outdated addresses, or missing information) are not eligible for a refund. If you'd like me to resend your mail, an additional postage fee will apply:

• Germany: €0.95

• International: €1.25

Please let me know in advance if your address needs to be written in a non-Latin alphabet to ensure safe delivery!

CANCELLATION:

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you've already been charged for a month's mail, it will still be sent out as planned. No further payments will be taken unless you decide to resubscribe.

SINGLE CARDS:

The cards will eventually be available for individual purchase at conventions and online. Follow me on social media to stay up to date on!
