Shipping policy

Delivery Area
At present, we only ship within Germany. If you reside outside Germany and are interested in placing an order, please feel free to contact us by email. We will be happy to provide information on whether shipping to your country is possible and which import and customs requirements you must meet.

Due to the current legal and tax requirements, shipping to other EU Member States is temporarily unavailable.

Shipping to the United Kingdom is currently unavailable. Northern Ireland is excluded from this restriction.

Processing and Delivery Times
The average processing time is 2–3 days. Subsequent deliveries within Germany generally take 2–3 business days. For deliveries outside Germany, however, a longer delivery time of at least 7 business days should be expected.

Weekends and public holidays are excluded from these timeframes.

In the event of illness, you will be notified of any delay in shipping.
