Refund policy

Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal and may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us by email with a clear statement of your withdrawal: mvlynn.art@gmail.com.

For customers outside the European Union, returns will only be accepted if we are responsible for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. In such cases, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery and provide appropriate photographic evidence so that we can assist you.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after your order has been shipped, we ask that you accept the delivery and return the goods in accordance with our withdrawal policy. This helps ensure that your return can be processed without unnecessary delays or complications.

Any costs incurred as a result of refusing delivery will be charged to the buyer.

Returns
You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, including return shipping costs as well as any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees associated with the return.

Return shipping costs will be covered by us in the event of an incorrect delivery or goods that are damaged or defective due to our responsibility.

Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (the least expensive shipping option offered). Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method (e.g., express shipping) will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Please ensure that returns are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Replacement
A replacement can be provided if we are responsible for damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered, or incorrect items.
